today received a phone call from their so call senior executive and she will handle my case and also promised to investigate what actually happened on that particular day. so need to wait for her answer again. but their attitude is better now, soft and polite, unlike the other day before complained to CFM. so something positive to look forward to. what I'm asking is only what actually happened on that day and if they are wrong just make sincere apologies and not behave like telco taiko.

Yes, those 3 things are so common now. So much so that its such vulnerable and fragile. Anyway, would love to hear your suggestion on what should have been add on a part of those 3 things as verification items.

Seriously, when a stranger claims to be able to get you a phone using someone else's line to register, I'll already not want to go near him, let alone give him anything of mine especially such particulars. How honest do you think he can be, since he's already going the wrong way of providing you with that phone?
I'll take this as a lesson not to cry wolf when I'm the one playing with it in the first place.
Anyway, hope all works out for you in the end.
