1. There's an existing thread for Comp Eng in Hardware section. Lots of students/actual engineers there.

2. You took the course without knowing what career options there are?

Computer engineering unlike computer science do not limit you to certain fields only. This is because when you graduate from this degree you will even have background knowledge of telecommunications/electronics&electrical apart from the standard IT stuff. So its all about looking at the job market trend which you probably can search from those recruitment websites and nail the one which interests you and have good prospects biggrin.gif biggrin.gif .

It's because Computer Engineering course will equip you in Electronics, Communication and IT background. Therefore, it can be said that Computer Engineering offers a wide scope of job prospect.

You can be in software, product, manufacturing and some other field after your graduation. Some companies don't really care your background as long as you have degree biggrin.gif

Now only i knew that Computer Engineering offers a wide scope of job prospect. But i think with the knowledge learned from University really not enough compete. We really need to equip more knowledge beside from what we learned from University. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

That's indeed true as what you learnt during your campus years are barely adequate and not directly applicable.
