Hi guys, I need to seek for help...
I went to digi centre to do port out from Maxis.
On 1st December, i received an sms saying not successful due to i have sub-line.
I called 123 to confirm, they said i dont have sub-line in active and already terminated.
I then called digi to resubmit the port out. Again, not successful.
I then called 123 to file case number C17096435.
Everyday i called 123...they said the technical team is working on that due to system errors.
SHIT....how come it takes so long...till today 8th Dec....still not resolved.
I feel very disappointed....please advice...what should i do now...should i need to complaint to skmm?

I went Maxis centre but still no help....they always say they are facing technical issue. Just wondering how come a big company cannot even resolve such a easy thing....
can you still trust MAXIS system? they are good in adverstising their products...but when comes to the solving thing...they are total out!!!! really poor.

I used to be a loyal Maxis subscriber till I got fed up with their way of handling issues too. There has been occasions whereby there is just no connections, frequently between 2-5am, and when I called to inquired, they always quoted technical issues. Then I got another line and even before I reaches the credit limit (I also skipped 1 month bill payment), my line is barred. I have since been using DiGi and have not much complains.

I also just ported out of Maxis to another Telco. Used Maxis for close to 10 years now.
Disappointed with them honestly. They need to do better and not just having nice outlets and pricey plans.

I rather give other telcos the opportunity of my patronage even though they have less extensive coverage or speed.
