but where is jalan kasipillay nearby?sentul there?menara KLH can reach by LRT or monorail mah?

According to a name card I got from my friend, it states 'Off 2 1/2 Miles Jalan Ipoh'. So perhaps that might help you.

I went there before and KKCHOW did help me to do my income tax submission. Do you know where is the india temple at JLN IPOH ? just semewhere around there. The building is not facing to JLN IPOH main road, after the hindu temple on your left, go straight, u can see a river, b4 the river you turn left, after u turn left, the building is on your left hand side. The building groundfloor actually have many indian ppl one.
