May I know if your lights from taobao is still in working in order after 3 years? And also is the skylight working well?

Thank you very much for sharing. It is indeed great inspiration.

All 6 lights totally dead. The skylight working perfectly.
Happy to share

Thank you for the quick reply. You just saved me some money and hassle of changing the lights later.

Glad to hear that the skylight is working well as I have the intention of opening up the roof when I am going to renovate my house later.

No, just thinking of skylight. No louvre. smile.gif My concern is leaks but yours seems to work ok.
*
It won’t leak because the glass cover the skylight area. I don’t know how to explain. 😁. The skylight is it inside the hall or some where else ? For room without louver is really not advisable

It's OK, as long as I know there won't be any problems. I was thinking of above the staircase with an indoor garden below. My purpose of skylight is to give more brightness to the whole house.

I see. Is a good idea.

I think you mentioned you wall mount all your surround speakers? Could you recommend the mounting that you used? I am planning to do conceal wires and wall mount my speakers too but having hard time to find reliable wall mount that can angle towards the listening position
*
I never use any mounting. Just put screw into the wall than just hang. Just like hanging a photo frame on wall
