Hehe..its a hidden staircase from bathroom to roof. So no chance of outside coming in.

One advantage is - incase fire, can be an escape path.

From roof, plan to install special rope that can be lowered down.. you never know emergency case

Outside is almost done, just some final touch up and is ready for paiting.

i have 2 sky light at home. I notice that the one with some angle (says 30 degree) has less watermark/dust than the one which is flat

True. Need some angle if not water stain
