Please let me know if you'd like to include more service centers that I may have missed.

I've only included those in Selangor so far, perhaps not all yet. I don't mind expanding it to include other states, just let me know what to add to the list!

I'm trying to survey whether is it worth it to own a VW and it's servicability in Selangor. There seems to be mixed feedback for some service centers. Perhaps we can try to get some objective information.

Some of your experiences may be before VW tried to improve their service. We want to see if there's been an improvement ever since.

Hi Madasis,

For your info, CNB entire Group has ended their partnership with VW Malaysia.
Including the service center in Jln Ipoh, Old Klang Road and Klang.
But there is a new service center came out a month ago in some where in Selayang.

hi Ramsay, thanks for replying. What does this mean for the current service centers (Jln Ipoh, Old Klang Road, Klang)? did they close down?

i know most of the service advisor, mechanics & some sales already move to VW selayang

btw vw glenmarie is one of the worst, i think due to most of shah alam owners go there to service/claim warranty

I think change to wearnes. According to my salesman cnb just close and leave. Then wearnes come take over.

how is the service centre there do you have any experience?

Went to the branch in ttdi to service my gf's car..

Say will wash the car but didnt wash..

Told her sc will close at 5 pm but suddenly call at 2 pm aay they r closing n ask her to collect the car..

Lastly, charged her rm 14 for the brake light bulb!!

I was so stunned!!

Brake light bulb died? Quite cheap RM14. I change brake bulb at Proton SC also much more expensive

yea mostly unpleasant experiences and the manager there, Mr Guna really tarak guna

Dude you are changing light bulb at authorised SC which happens to be a conti car. RM14 is consider cheap cuz I changed mine at RM20 and if I DIY, RM10

demn nearly serviced there instead i went back to my usual service centre but damn when take back the car engine oil light on , coolant fluid near minimal

All I can say is... good car but horrible after sales service
