I think there is already a hostel built by sunway and their rental is not cheap as well also quite limited slots. From what I see and know, there is not much land near Sunway already, u move further down would be GeoResidence, Union suites area but those are quite expensive RM 1000 per swuare ft. You move up there is Greenfield and Yolo but I doubt Yolo gonna steal alot of Greenfield renter since YOLO only 500 square ft, why would u stay in a smaller unit when there is bigger unit behind you.

My view on this condo :
Greenfield is in Sunway Mentari which in my opinion after go and have a site visit is sort of more low class part of Sunway, again it does fulfil all the needs like groceries, clinic food selection and etc. But looking at the price tag which is RM700 per square ft , I think I would forgive this cons cuz the address is in Bandar Sunway and surrounding will slowly pickup once enough student/crowd move here.
Still deciding whether to pull the trigger or not and I heard ada referral from buyer which covers most of the MOT and cashback up to RM 120K.
Rental demand is strong, rental is healthy able to cover all instalment and somemore earn even renting whole unit, no need partition room or rent by room but of course rent by roon can certainly go up even more. I have an agent told me renting by room after minus instalment still get RM 1.5k to RM 2k .
Or any owners regret that they bought Greenfield or feel like there is better choice ?
