go hong leong open saving account, but branch manager insist cannot open without  atm card T_T

just to share info

i just open a SA at the HLB with rm 200 today without the ATM card (which u just need to inform the staff and they will update in the system) ,then i did instant transfer from Cimb to HLB . Then the staff help to open a FD account by withdraw the money from my HLB SA for me.
The interest will deposit straight to my Saving acct monthly. the staff said need to keep the FD cert when withdraw later

OCBC came out with something catchy - so called save your bonus with them
but in nutshell is a 15m FD promo @ 4.3% with min RM70k deposit, first 1000 customers get a trolley bag (luggage again ! )

Hi!, any idea what's the promotional FD Rates (12-months) by OCBC, Public Bank & MayBank?

Correct me if I am wrong but I got the following rate from ringgitplus.com website but not sure whether they are the current promotional rates ...

OCBC ...................... 4.3% (15-months)
Public Bank .............. 4.3% (12-months)
Maybank .................. 4.5% (12-months step-up from 4%~6%)
