Your thread is the same as a thread saying "free porn, i'm not gonna post the link here, but you can PM me for it." therefore it is not allowed. You are responsible for a thread you open. Judging from your responses in the thread, you were actively giving out links to the said torrent, and the thread was becoming more and more of a "PM me for porn links" thread.

Just FYI, we received numerous complaints with regard to your thread. We can always reopen your thread for you if you sign a disclaimer that you will be responsible should there be any legal action taken against the site for the distribution of pornography.

We do not make harsh decisions out of the blue. If you noticed, we did let the thread run for 2 whole hours before deciding on what action to take. During this time, there was almost no indication (up to 4 pages at time of deletion) that there was going to be any sort of proper discussion on that thread. Almost half of the replies were "PM me the link please", hence, it was in the best interest of everybody that it be deleted.

Our policy is quite limited to the well being of our site members. Our members include some very young but internet savvy school going kids. It would be a black spot on the entire community should they be caught with stuff like this and point the finger at this site as the source.
