just submitted the examination entry form by post to kl office.... i'm going to sit in ipoh sunway the only one centre in ipoh, acca please don't take me out to the other centre.....

will he go kuching after the talk in kl.... ask it on behalf of my friend...

ya... last time he came kl , friends told that he gave tips..... but this time no.......

if i fail to give the name of case or illustration, but do write the fact of the case.. can i entitle to get the marks in that question....

go to kasturi-mr viknes revision class. exam tips quite accurate.

date : 25,26 & 27 may (10am to 5pm) price : rm 180 (kasturi student) or RM 250(non kasturi student)

is the director breachs the fiduary duties to avoid entering into the contract with company. applying case of Aberdeen railway co v Blaikie
or
the transaction contravene the section 132E. which states company not to enter into any transaction with director or with a person connected with a director to acquire from or to dispose from such a director any non cash asset of requite value......
