actually this 3 he didn't spot much la...but just say wat to read...

Agency
-read relation between principal and agent
-termination

Partnership
-what is p'ship (S3)
-termination/dissolution - when can a p'ship can be dissolve

Employment Law
-of service and for service

bout p'ship,last sitting came out in section A, if it come out this time again, it will be in section B.... biggrin.gif

turquand = royal british bank v turquand....it is the indoor management rule...
Freeman = holding out...both this also at the chapter distribution of power

contra = contra proferentum rule

hey frenz,i need help here..

i failed law paper 2nd time le...
first time study n went for revision class in kasturi (Mr.V)
second time just go revision also in kasturi...

this 3 time dunno where should i study wor...pls let me know where lecturer good...

n F9,
i failed 2.4....i last time study in FTMS (Mr.Chow)...
should i go back FTMS or go other college??
my fren say MR.C from MCo very boring...

pls advise where should i go for this 2 paper...thx....
