Hmm .. Are u sure ?
I thought the tips were pretty accurate .. Flat structure, accounting for costs , CASE , project management, DFD/ERM .... it all came out .. I'm pretty satisfied with the exam =) |

How do I differentiate between a BIK or 13(1)(a) treatment for a Loan to employee ? This part is really confusing me.
The notes I have say that it is treated as a Perquisite, the cost of providing the loan. But in the past year, Mr Augustin's loan is treated as a BIK Any clarification ? Thanks |
