Hi semuaaa, I got a problem with Lazada. Returned my phone (fren punya actually) on 28th due to faulty charging port.
-Item received by UMESH LAZADA on 1st Dec
-Sent two emails to Lazada from on 3rd and 4th asking for my return status, no reply.
-Received message on 5th Dec, 1.57am "RM0.00 2nd Reminder:Your return (order 389714462), initiated 6 days ago hasn't reached us. Note:Return is only acceptable within 7/14 days as stated in Returns policy."
(What the heck is this ?)
-Immediately email Lazada CS (3rd time), received an email stating that my item already received and currently undergo inspection, 24-48hrs.
-No calls/sms/email from Lazada regarding my order on 7th Dec (more than 48hours already..)
-9th Dec afternoon got a sms said that my return has been approved
-suddenly at 5pm just now received a message (your refund has been initiated blabla2), checked my account and email.
they refund my order instead of replacement.
Called CS, they said the item no rosak (?) so they refund.. lol

I said why tak resend the item back...
Now waiting for their call zzzzz Any recommended advice ??

Baru lepas call but the CS not talk too much/dunno anything much, he just said will escalate this matter to the refund department

Ya I know, experienced both of them before. I want replacement, their CS even called me last Saturday nak make sure I want refund or replacement.
