The site will provide info what kind/type of RAM or HDD upgrades available. Anyway before buying the RAM, make sure locate the RAM slots and it's easy to open your laptop, happened to me that Acer laptop, can touch screen, the RAM slot is at the bottom of keyboard HAHAHAHA - I'm lazy to open the thing. End up using the RAM on somewhere else, other laptop.

That's pretty frustating. High probably ripple effect from people abusing the system. I don't think you'll get any proper explanation, free voucher = yes. That's all you can get from the battle with them.

Nope not possible. Sometimes it's better to buy in seperates orders, so you can apply voucher for each order to maximize the discount. Good luck calculating smile.gif
