even its same snapdragon 615, different phone manufacture will came out with different performance. lenovo/huawei using 615 play 1080p screen asphalt will lag. but samsung a7-a8 series smoother.
based on some review i saw on net. so i would definetely avoid zte or other cheap brand. dont saved 1-2 hundred but playing around a lag phone everyday, even switching between app took few sec delay, its very annoying. i have an asus android damn lag. even after hard reset. those have better budget, i highly recommend dun buy too cheap/"high value" phone.

Yes the price is. But what i was tried telling is even with same cpu, may get different performance due to different manufacturer tweaking. Should think twice before so easily fall to cheap/value phone.
One more thing different is wat i previously mentioned too, samsung battery life can longer than lenovo/other china brand with same battery capacity or even lower mah battery. Of course, maybe only on double price samsung phone again, as u mentioned. But double price not only better performance(with same spec) but better battery life, better amoled screen.
