Just a quick update, I am that guy who bought some counterfeit items from LAZADA and initiated an returned.

So I ordered the item on 25th, received the item on 28th Nov, initiated return on 30th realizing it is a fake, throw that item to a nearby MBE on the same day, lazada receives the item on 7th and approves my refund on the same day, got my money on 8th Dec, bank account states that the transaction was started on 6th which was a Saturday, probably explains why it wasn't in my account until 8.

The progress was painless albeit a bit too long but I seriously hope Lazada would do a better job in filtering their sellers, going through the process is not fun.
