Location - As working in PJ, no doubt this location is quite ulu, near to no where, compared to previous rented unit, can go 1U, Starling, PJ SS2, Sunway Pyramid easier. CMCO now, you have to drive further to find a better shopping mall to get groceries. 6. Environment - Peaceful and nice staying in a new township. Shoplot here is quite happening, you will see car coming in and out non-stop, not sure what is attracting them, and where they come from. haha. 7.Environment - Currently not all shoplot is opened, and mostly is mamak and mini store, hope can bring in more cafe/coffee house as there is rarely got good enviroment to chill and chitchat at nearby area, definitely a good opportunities for business. haha So overall, staying here is ok if you are working nearby/flexible hour and don't mind to spend some time to travel. Will i do the same decision to buy here if given the chance, i would say 50-50, personally still prefer PJ environment, but the price is not affordable at the time, so chose this unit here. Am i regret? No, believe this new city will definitely grow, just matter of time, all project take time to developed right from pj to cerrado, really huge difference and experience.. ckwen liked this post
