Guys tower B probably launching soon due to Tower have finish sell.
Hopefully minimal price increase as there are quite a number on standby list for loan reject or cancel unit |

Drputchard plan is doable...i done it myself the last 12-13 years on one of myold condo...
But its a lot of work dealing with a lot of different person in a single unit and any amount extra the hain is in proportion to the amount of wxtra money u collect |
