Hi guys, thinking of buying the olympus em5, but haven't decided which lens to get.
For the same price on lazada i can get either the 14-40mm and thd 40-150mm, or the 12-50mm.
So which should i get? Am an amature, would like to photograph nature (big bugs included), and also use it for work (I'm a journalist) and general photo taking.
Also for rm2.3k is it worth getting the em5 over a cheaper dslr?

What made you chose em5 over say em10? Apart from weather sealing and 5 IBIS. Just curious.

I'm a journalist and go outdoors alot, every bit of protection counts.
I ended up buying second hand em5 mark1 for rm2k with a 12-50mm lens
This is my first camera since i lost my point and shoot when i was 19.
Looking to get a zoom lens next, i love the 12-50 when doing macro outdoors, but the aperature on the long end forces me to use high iso slow shutter speed when I'm indoors which is not ideal

if u need the long focal length +bright, pick the oly m. zuiko pro series. big glass f2.8 across zoom range & weather proof to match your em5. make sure its for micro 43 not the legacy 43 cam
