(wta) agoda rewards options, i didnt have it

Hi all. i just found out that my agoda membership don't have 'My rewards" options. Any idea on it? I am not able to get any rewards points when i booked any hotel via agoda. Thanks all sifu for guidance.

The points has an expiry date so it could have already expired.
Or you may wanna email agoda for help? If it's too little, you won't be able to redeem it also. |
