I bought a #Hotlink SIM about 2 weeks ago and I'm planning to MNP to XOX. Does anyone know if there's a minimum amount of time using the service before I can MNP?

The reason I'm doing the MNP is because Maxis says I can't change my #Hotlink plan to Hotlink Fast plan. I was planning to do that in order to subscribe to Validity 365. Even reloaded RM30 a few hours ago getting ready to pay for it. Anyway this in turn caused me to look around and came across, by chance, XOX's promo of 28mth validity for porting in.

what was the reason you can't change?

According to Maxis, I can't change because my current plan "#Hotlink Bangladesh" (as shown in the Hotlink RED app) is not eligible.

Before I decided to change, I had checked their Fast FAQ. As you can see below "#Hotlink Bangladesh" isn't listed as an ineligible plan. BUT according to 123, it's the same thing as "#Hotlink SuperIDD". I must be stupid to not see that they're the same thing. Reloaded RM30 for nothing. Bloody stupid Maxis Prepaid. But there's a silver lining, now I know about XOX 28 month port-in promo.

Thanks #Hotlink, I've already raised a report with 123 re the changing of the rate plan.

Can you confirm something? Can Hotlink Fast subscribe to Validity 365?

I've read here that some people on Hotlink Fast are able to subscribe to Validity 365. However, browsing the Validity 365 page, I see this where Hotlink Fast is not listed as an eligible plan.
