I received reply from BuzzMe via FB Messenger. They are quite responsive there. I asked and they gave me 2 dealers near my house that can do MNP.

Will probably try the MNP tomorrow.

Problem now is I registered on their website but didn't receive verification email so reloading is going to be a hassle if cannot reload online. Malas nak pergi kedai tiap kali nak reload. Haiz.

For 2 things, the 365 days validity and the data package which follows the main credit validity. So thinking of loading RM70 and paying RM38 (365 days validity) + RM25 (1GB data) which should give me 1GB for the whole year and RM7 credit left. It's for a phone which will need Whatsapp all the time and mostly just receive calls. And also for the experience of using an MVNO which seems half dead. :-)

The next option is DiGi with Super Long Life (RM38) and IDD Club (RM10) but data speed is slower @ 64kbps. However this will avoid the hassles of finding a dealer that can a port-in or reload.

1. I buy 8GB Season Pass currently at RM109.90
   
2. For this month, I want to use 500MB so I subscribe DATA M500MB.
   
3. This will deduct 500MB from my Season Pass (no deduction from account credit)
   
   
4. Next month, I want to use 1GB so I subscribe DATA M1GB
   
5. This will deduct 1GB from my Season Pass (no deduction from account credit)
   
   
6. And so on until my Season Pass finishes
   
   
7. I also understand that Season Pass cannot be used alone because XOX does not have PAYU.
   

Activating against standard data plans = instead of deducting RM18 credit for 500MB monthly, XOX deducts 500MB from Season Pass for use as monthly data.
So, the bulk cost is ~RM110 for 8GB,  thus 110/8 = RM13.75 per 1GB or 110/16 = RM6.875 per 500MB .....

If this is what MakNok meant then it is also in-line with my understanding (and also MNet).
