Which one is better? Iphone se or iphone 6s? Thinking to get one. But confuse which one to get.. Maybe will get se due to budget

Guys.. My sis iphone just got bricked.. She doesnt do anything ( doesnt update to ios10, still on ios9 ). Just watching some videos, suddenly the apple logo come out.. Stuck till now..
So, need itunes + laptop to restore? What to do? 1st time encountered this problem.. What about the photos and everything, will it be deleted during the restoration? Thankss |
