hi all user,
pls check your volume button... is there any difference between the upper and lower button? i found that my upper button looks like pressed inside compared to the lower one... if look from the side, u will notice the unbalance between those two buttons... by the way, the button function very well, just when i put the casing, its kind of hard to press... and the 'click' sound also different... P/s: Updated with the real picture... This post has been edited by sonic_sphere: Dec 8 2015, 11:42 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(SnapdragonS4 @ Dec 24 2015, 08:56 PM) anyone got this problem? Battery percentage not increasing. I charge for a long time but sometimes it just stuck at 84%, but then after phone restart, it will decrease 2 %. Then charge again it start to increase again. Sometimes no problem, sometimes it stuck. probably ios problem? Currently ios 9.2 (iPhone 6S 64GB) Its kind of similar with my case. When i charge my phone, the percentage increased inconsistently. For example, when i charge from 10%, the percentage turn up to 17% in ten minutes. But ten minutes later, the percentage only turns to 19%... I have monitor the charging process every ten minutes to see the percentage progress... It shows some jumping in the percentage. But in the end, the charging has completed in time and the battery performs very well... I think its kind of bugs, since there are a few users also having this issue. Maybe u should google it and u can found many users facing the same issue... |

QUOTE(SnapdragonS4 @ Dec 26 2015, 02:55 AM) so do you think need to send to SC like what previous owner reply? I hope that is not needed as Apple SC test takes quite long time to make sure your phone got problem. I think probably is IOS issue? If u ask for my opinion, then i would suggest u to wait and keep on monitoring this issue from time to time. but if the prob getting worse, then only u go to service centre. let's hope they will come with some fix for the next update. |

QUOTE(Lorenzo Von Matterhorn @ Jan 18 2016, 12:23 PM) Hi guys I don't think it's because of software issue. By the way, iOS 9.3 already out?Just got my first iphone (6s plus 128gb) from Apple online store last week. When I first switched on the phone to activate it, I instantly realised that the top edge of my phone screen is unevenly lit, and there's some sorta dark band/shadow along the top edge. I went to Machine to check the display units, and found that all of them have the same 'problem' as my phone, except one. I checked with the Machine staff, and was informed that this is bcos my phone is still new, and I should use and charge it for few times and it will improve gradually. He even showed me the older iphone 6plus on display that the shadow will disappear as repeated charging and use. After 3 days of using my new iphone, the 'shadow' still remains there. Quite concern, I'd called Apple Care support this morning and spoken to the technician. Was told that might be due to software issues, as I still haven't updated my phone to the last ios 9.3. It's still the same after I updated it to 9.3. Now, the technician advised me to send my phone to the repair centre for a diagnosis, which I'm reluctant since it's just 4-day-old. As I'm new to iphone, just want to ask whether is it normal for iphone to have such 'shadowy' screen on the top edge? To me it seems that something's not right with the screen, since it looks like that part is unevenly lit. I looked at my old Sony Z1, but the screen color near the top edge is always in dark color, unlike iphone 6s plus that is in white background, so I cant observe if it's also the same. What the staff in Machine told me, is it true? But I don't really believe what the staff in Machine told me, since there's one 6splus in display that looks perfectly lit and bright. Should I send my phone to repair centre? pls help, thanks! |
