Recently just send in my iphone for warranty claims, the vibration motor got issue. And they decided to change a new unit for me. Can I know the exchange unit will be a refurbished one or new one? Will it comes with a box or just the phone only?
My case last year, come with a box. just small box to fit the refurb phone green color. Btw, mine claimed from maxis as I bought from there

it's quite a good feature ... haha
first beta sure always buggy, wait for the public release if you desperate for ios 10. haha ....
what do you mean by force user to unclock using home button? Sleep/wake button cannot be used?
There's a "raise to wake" function right?
how long have you been using your phone? you buy from Apple? if less than 14 days then a new unit, if more than that it's a refurnished set. Refurbished has no box at all ..only set with plastic covering it
There is no more "slide to unlock". There will be "push home button to unlock" since if you slide left, will bring you to widget, swipe right will bring you to camera.

Got it at launch last year, I guess it will be a refurbished set then.. Any idea where these refurbished set comes from? They say no stock, have to wait 3-5 days
My experience, 14 working days (written on the receipt). Luckily after 2 days called to collect the set.
