QUOTE(jesseblue @ Mar 21 2016, 08:49 AM) I normally restore my whatsapp messages via the Whatsapp app. Not via icloud. Got to your Whatsapp -> Chat -> Chat Backups and then start the backup After that reinstall Whatsapp and it'll ask if you want to restore from the last backup I did the chat backup but it was backed up to icloud drive.

When i restored my phone from itunes backup, the apps became gray color and when i clicked on them, it changed to waiting...some apps are still stucked at waiting, is there anyway to force update it? It feels as if i need to delete the app and reinstall

Hi guys, not sure if anyone has this issue. I have set some apps to not use mobile data. But somehow the apps can still use mobile data eventhough under settings, the mobile data for those apps are toggled off. The only way i can re-enable this setting is if i toggle on mobile data for those apps and then toggle off again.

QUOTE(binghb @ Apr 26 2016, 08:48 AM) did u try soft reset? home+power button Just tried this but the bug is still there. Im not sure what is causing this but if i have toggled off mobile data for certain app but once i use wifi and turn wifi off, it will somehow overwrite this setting and the app will have access to mobile data eventhough mobile data for that app is still toggled off

QUOTE(Mr.7 @ May 19 2016, 04:59 PM) Have you tried the DFU method? Hold the Power button for 3 seconds Hold the Home button without releasing the Power button for 10 seconds Tried it, nothing happens. Im worried my screen is faulty. But if this is the case, the screen is not covered by warranty right?

QUOTE(winkiedilwy @ May 29 2016, 03:24 AM) yeah. a lot faster. had all my apps greyed out at first too and takes a long time to redownload back one by one. U mean u can fully restore without the apps greyed out? Previously when i restored my 5s, I could use the phone right away after i restored, but now after i restore my 6s, the apps are greyed out. I backup the same way as what i have done all this while.

Hey guys, just wondering if any of you tried looking at your phones when lying down and facing upwards. When the screen dim, by just tilting the phone abit, the screen brightens up again. Not sure if this is faulty or not. This only happens when i lie down, if im sitting up using the phone as usual, the screen won't brighten up once it dims

QUOTE(shaniandras2787 @ Jun 27 2016, 09:31 AM) it's the light proximity sensor. if you hate it then just turn off "auto-brightness" under Settings. Yup my auto brightness is turned off. It only happens when i use my phone lying down

Hi guys, was wondering anyone experienced this before. I had to set my time back due to daylight saving, but when i woke up the next day, the time was somehow set back another hour, becoming 2 hours behind. Does ios set DST automatically? Im curious because I didn't configure my time to set automatically...
