Recently just send in my iphone for warranty claims, the vibration motor got issue. And they decided to change a new unit for me. Can I know the exchange unit will be a refurbished one or new one? Will it comes with a box or just the phone only?

Hey guys, will like to check, I turned on iCloud Photo Library to backup all the 1000+ photos in my iPhone. And I signed out my iCloud and when I re-sign in, and switch on iCloud Photo Library again, it shows "uploading 1000+ photos..", does this means that the photos in my iCloud will become duplicate with two copies each?

Anybody has problems with the notification sounds after updating to ios10? Now Some application such as whatsapp and fb messenger don't have custom notification sound as per their setting. Is it normal?

anybody having problems with the app store showing "item not available..." at the Featured and Search tab?? Yesterday it was still working fine but this morning it shows this error. Updates however is working fine though. Running on 10.0.2, restart phone and sign out apple id didnt it
