There are ways to tell whether the refurbished models or not. If from Apple themselves, refurbished apple certified handphones have 1 year apple warranty. There is no such thing as Grade A or 3 stars etc etc, these are all local refurbished and some have warranty whereas some do not have but are reflective of the offer price.

hello all, i dont know how to make the 3D touch work, i try on the message app but all i get is some blurred out background with no extra options. Tried reseting the phone, didn't work either. I remembered somehow accessing it when i first got the phone but now it doesn't seem to work, is there a technique to touch it?

And yes, my 3D touch setting is switched on.
