Ouch! Not considered warranty ler...

I have problem with the screen. A small part of the screen emitting uneven light and it looks darker. Can I send this for warranty? Will I get replacement? I don't want a refurbished set. I bought from Maxis

In a way I guess yes? the warranty continues from where it started.. lol no idea.. haha

the serial seems like same as my previous damaged phone.. so is it still a refurbished or a new one?
both old and new ends with starts with C39Q and ends with GRXH

what do u mean? are u using Screen Protector? if u sent it for warranty, for sure u will get refurbished set.

Yes with screen protector but it's not SP issue. The LCD is like showing a bit darker or shadow on the area I highlighted. The darker spot look so obvious when display on white background.

No idea if it's MY set, but serial is diff.. tho... so I guess its really a new set then?

mine also new serial number & new model number.. didn't expect new set though.. and it is not MY set lol.. although they say replaced with new unit.. i still smell something fishy..

i would consider it is a new set if they open the box infront of me.. but then the phone (only) came out from a drawer, with my old box and accessories

I still dunno how to identify the serials..
but seems like this "new" phone is more laggy compared to the previous one..

Settings > General > About > you can see Model & serial Number

didn't switch give u a repair receipt?? they provided 1 copy for me.. mentioning a new replacement set has been given out, and also mention the new serial & model number...

dead pixels?...warranty should cover dead pixels..

I was confused with the Model and Serial and I thought the country code is on the serial number..
So I guess mine is same as urs, VN. LOL!
but base on my internet findings, Models with F: Refurbished, M: Retail and N:Replacement Unit.

So F and N consider not same or same?
But anyway, new or refurbished, I also no care la.. as long as I get back my phone.. hahah
Now Im worried for next Thursday as most of these incident happened on Thurs.

24/12 (thu) : bought new phone
31/12 (thu) : sent back to apple
7/1(thu) : collect replacement phone

just recently my iphone 6 started to open/close apps, call/end call, typing by it self. It drives me craazy. Anyone encounter this problem yet? and please how do i fix this.

i tried on/off, reset but it is still happening though.

where the tempered glass screen protector does not really fit the 6S and 6S+ with SP lifting at the edges..

LOL. You should've known by now that 6/6s series have the worst design.

If you put on SP, you should find slim cases that only covers until the metal body, not meeting the curved glass.

If it covers more than the curved edges, it will surely messes up your SP.

but looks like the SP not full coverage, should not have issue with case...
