It is safe to go and check. But if it's too hassle to do so then just chill and relax tongue.gif

My serial number is QJ
But my phone is affected sad.gif

First happens auto shut off when battery is around 10%
It happens again when it's around 18%
Worst it happened when battery is 30% !!

did you off your phone recently? My observation of sudden shut down between 20-30% battery life is when my phone battery usage show negative - after I turn off my phone at night. This only happened when upgrade to iOS 10.
But I've check with machines & my phone is eligible for battery replacement.

Negative battery usage? Mine shows like Whatsapp used 20%, then waze xx%, then others
Where does it shows negative?

Very seldom i let my phone battery drop below 30%.. just that once in a while, and yes, shut down happens after iOS 10 upgrade

Went to North Point (mid valley) and they confirmed my phone is eligible for battery change
And yes, they told me need 7-14 WORKING DAYS
I told them I will send for repair next time as I don't have a backup phone

And to make matter worse, the day after they check my phone, my phone auto turned off at >40% vmad.gif vmad.gif
I am planning to send my phone for repair this week sad.gif

If we send for replacement, do they give us refurbished unit or just change the battery?
