Signed iPhone plan 2 months ago with Digi which come with 2 years warranty.

The staff told me, the first warranty can direct claim from Apple, but not Digi, only second year of warranty from Digi

Probably policy has changed recently

I have updated to 9.3.4 from 9.3.2 (update to 9.3.3 first then only 9.3.4) last week I think, so far so good

So far used almost a year, still working good on my Home button, but most of the time I use for Assistive Touch rather home button

6s plus user with iOS 10.2 here, so far no such issued, working as normal
