Erm.. to be fair la.. most warranty repair or exchange will ask u to remove everything. Even if you have a screen protector applied, they will not be responsible for it.
So like last time I used to sent my mom's phone back to Xiaomi, I have to make sure I removed everything from back cover to battery to memory card cos they will take no responsibility on it. Its kinda on their TnC.

Btw, which Switch u went? I sent mine to Switch too! haha

Haha... mine caused by this "X" waterproof casing which it supposed to be waterproof and water went in. and my phone only 6 days old jer...
They took my phone with my RM31 screen protector too! hahha
When it's back I think I'll just get pasar malam screen protector..

Erm.. as per other waterproof casings, they do have their safety regulations/safety test to be done before applying ur phone into it.
There's also a disclaimer saying that they will no be responsible for the damage of the phone kinda thingy and they only warranty your casing if there's any leaking during the safety test.
So it's like a use on your own risk kinda thingy..

yeah the warranty comes with a price of 1,8k for the exchange..

In a way I guess yes? the warranty continues from where it started.. lol no idea.. haha

btw my phone is back!
the serial seems like same as my previous damaged phone.. so is it still a refurbished or a new one?
both old and new ends with starts with C39Q and ends with GRXH

No idea if it's MY set, but serial is diff.. tho... so I guess its really a new set then?

I still dunno how to identify the serials..
but seems like this "new" phone is more laggy compared to the previous one..

I was confused with the Model and Serial and I thought the country code is on the serial number..
So I guess mine is same as urs, VN. LOL!
but base on my internet findings, Models with F: Refurbished, M: Retail and N:Replacement Unit.

So F and N consider not same or same?
But anyway, new or refurbished, I also no care la.. as long as I get back my phone.. hahah
Now Im worried for next Thursday as most of these incident happened on Thurs.

24/12 (thu) : bought new phone
31/12 (thu) : sent back to apple
7/1(thu) : collect replacement phone

Traumatized! LOL!

if u send back to Apple retailer, best bet a week time...

I got mine exactly a week from last week. lol

I totally forgot about the function until I accidentally press it and when it pops out only I realized the function is there... lol!

u can always set the pressure on screen on from soft pressure to hard pressure..

so far mine charge using iPad charger very fast on my 6sPlus.

same here... kinda annoyed by all the same tone which confused me which is which. My WA Group msg and normal msg also same tone and same goes to FB messenger too!
bug i guess? I tried to fix it on WA but seems like its not working..

okay seems ok after restarted. For FB messenger atleast. Now need to wait for group WA msg.. haha
