QUOTE(alister88 @ Jan 3 2016, 11:12 PM) but for new model like 6s Plus still possible to get refurbished set? and the replacement normally comes with box or without box? Cos the guy told me just the phone without box. It will come with a little box which the AASP personnel will take back. So it just comes with a plastic wrapping only instead. QUOTE(e-zdy @ Jan 4 2016, 03:51 PM) alister88 u could choose different colour or must be same color as u bought? They will give you back the exact same model and colour. QUOTE(kevinlsh79 @ Jan 4 2016, 04:52 PM) Hi guys, I plan to buy Iphone 6s Plus 128GB but i heard some of my friends said it will lack compare to 64GB. Is it true? Please advise. Tq. QUOTE(attw @ Jan 5 2016, 08:45 AM) Are you on iOS 9.2? I've had one or two freezes on Safari previously but 9.2 seems to have solved most of my issues. That is only if you open CIMB clicks website no?

QUOTE(ruggers @ Jan 8 2016, 12:53 PM) When i pickup call whenever im browsing on safari i notice my line would drop to gprs instead of maintaining 4g/3g...is it normal for iphone to do it? My first time using iphone hehe QUOTE(rebus @ Jan 8 2016, 02:31 PM) happens to me too. but goes back to 3G fast soon after call ends Yes, because your network switches to 2G when you receive a call and switches data back on after you end your call. No need for worries.

QUOTE(d60x @ Jan 10 2016, 12:11 PM) Hi Have anyone faced the problem iphone 6s plus 64gb, power off by itself and the home button is very hot. Need to hard reset to power phone back on. My 3 weeks-old phone have the problem on ios 9.1. Read Apple forum, even 9.2 have the same issue. Seems like a hardware issue. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7247833?tstart=0Seems like a hardware issue. Am thinking of sending in to check. This is the second time it happened. Could be a rogue app. Try a hard reset and restore before sending it back for RMA.

QUOTE(kcirdenk @ Jan 10 2016, 03:14 PM) iPhone 6s here. Non-stop usage while waiting computer to be fixed. Is it normal for the battery to drop 40% after 2 hours usage.[attachmentid=5749764][attachmentid=5749764] Seems pretty normal for a 6s. If you want better batttery life, go for the 6s+.

QUOTE(benny888 @ Mar 10 2016, 08:21 PM) The ipad charger at 2.1A can be safely use to charge the iphone BUT than is still poorly designed that you will not get faster charging vs say using alternative Aukey, Tronsmart 2A Quick charging units. Before I got my Aukey, Tronsmart I had been using the ipad charger for past 2 years on the iphone Keyword " Poor Design". Which will earn you Uncle Benny, the wrath of Ifags here. I dont like to describe it as poor design, rather I would put it as Apple likes to "release technology slowly." In which they will claim that fast charging is the latest cutting edge techlogy introduced on the new iteration of the iphone. This post has been edited by TOMEI-R: Mar 12 2016, 01:20 PM

QUOTE(ionStorm @ Mar 11 2016, 08:53 AM) The charging is intentionally moderated to prolong the life of the battery, but I guess if you change your phone every year you can ignore it. I concur to that. I would not like fast charging like those on Androids as I feel that it would definately shorten battery life. Anyway, everyone has to agree that the battery life on the Iphone 6/6+ and 6s/6s+ blows the competition away albeit the longer charging times.

QUOTE(jesseblue @ Mar 19 2016, 11:59 AM) Seriously, do you really think it's faster? Coming from 6 & 6 plus to 6s, don't really feel it's much faster other than the multi taskings and apps loading. Isn't that faster already?

QUOTE(jesseblue @ Mar 19 2016, 12:05 PM) Haha I supposed.. those couple of milli seconds of task switchings I still remember when i upgrade from 4 to 4s. Now that's an upgrade. Things just fly in the new machine I concur to that. Apparently, smartphones technology has come to a point where improvements are only marginal. Now you see phone manufacturers claim that the new iteration of their smart phones are faster, have a better camera, a sharper display. The improvements, I can say are only nominal to what is actually required by users. IMO, I think you would need to skip 2 to 3 iterations of the phone to really see the improvements from now on.

QUOTE(DeepMemory @ Mar 19 2016, 07:30 PM) I would say the new SSD speed storage on the iPhone 6s is one of the biggest improvements for a smartphone. Loading speeds is so fast, i only hoped that Lightning is USB 3.1 compatible to enjoy faster syncing and data transfer. May I add "Quick Charging". QUOTE(jesseblue @ May 5 2016, 06:56 PM) Cool Yes - when I was in Japan last month and snapping photos from day till dawn, as expected it really drains the battery like mad. It's a must to bring a Powerbank along full time. Weird. My 6S+ could easily last a day. Even with heavy usage.

QUOTE(avrilmae @ May 15 2016, 04:39 PM) Yikes! I'm guilty of this. I will take more care from now on Only if you plan to use your phone for years. If so, practise 'healthy' charging habits to preserve your battery.
