It means same item, taobao sell rm42, but local official philips online store sell cheaper, rm 358.8 / 12 = rm 29.9 each. www.blipmy.com

Not everything cheaper in taobao, especially international brand stuff.

But china brand or no brand track lights, really cheaper at taobao

Might consider branded lights for my hall but running on a small budget.
so thinking of buying cheaper lights or a non branded for bedroom. any recommendation?

Either you get an agent to buy it for you or get it from local shop

If you stay in Klang Valley, you may come to Puchong, there is one shop next to Tesco, they are selling LED light at pretty competitive price, I saw some of the round type LED down light selling at RM16
*
oh.. thanks for the tip bro. will pay a visit at the local shop.

if round easier installation, if square type will be more difficult  a bit..

as what mention by them. if u buy international brand like philips or osram, price might be cheaper here..

cause buy in taobao, current + admin + shipping..

but if u buy china brand, it will be a lot cheaper.....

i buy downlight n T5 led from there..

my downlight having heatsinks, and normal rm 18 from shop dont have heatsinks.

mine been using for 2 years... my fren buy from shop, burn 1 by 1.... some shop did provide warranty.. but with double cost
*
reading from the post from this topic, it does make sense buying from china.
Cos i believe the goods that i see in shops, mostly are already from china.
on the downlights, i've shortlisted ur link. Thanks for the link
Heard the same thing about burning out lights 1 by 1 when bought from shop. sounds like a good marketing plan from the shops icon_idea.gif

Hi thx for replying. Ok I will check on the weight with ezbuy. But let's just assume that that's the weight. Is the total price mentioned there is the only price i need to pay? Or is there's anything else?
What about safety? Which one is safer? By air or by sea?

Thx ya  biggrin.gif  biggrin.gif

Below is the price of the shipment (excluding product price). After confirming the cart, i paid for the items. Then ezbuy would calculate the shipment fees (as per pictures). I've added insurance (just for safety) and Delivery fee (to reach my doorstep).

I used sea shipment and roughly it took 20days. All products were intact during arrival. All items were light but none were chandeliers.
I've called the helpdesk a few times for every questions, they were quite helpful.
Sometimes i even call to make sure i ordered the right items (cos i cant read mandarin) biggrin.gif

alright guys thx guys for ur advices..

sifu Xccess you mentioned that i should get ezbuy to check on the shipment cost first before proceeding. How should I do that? write to them at the contact me section?
*
from my experience, i got a bit of refund after the item received the warehouse and repacking by daigou. The refund was credited back into my ezbuy account.

Make sure LED bulbs can be replace and commercially available else your light will be useless if few of them blown out.

I got to agree with this. Bought a few spotlight LED lamps but 2 burnt out. brought to a local shop and turn out the whole casing it molded together. cannot remove the led bulb at all. bangwall.gif

to contact the seller directly via taobao, need to register in taobao itself?
