However, i dont think is a missing shipment for that case. Is more like a scam in taobao where you pay seller but they never actually deliver the item to you. That why recently the government introduce an initiative to tackle these scammers.

yes. it is RM8.8 per shipment to your door. No hidden charges. You need to pay domestic delivery from the store to the warehouse though. but thats normally not much and 90% of the time probably free.

the issue is you cannot control the delivery time. last time i ship 10 items and they deliver to my house in 3-4 times as whatever arrives they straight send out in their van. so that is annoying, but if you or someone always home, then no issue.

the only charges that might be added on for some shipments is GST. but that is after a certain threshold. i think RM300-400 then will kena GST.
