If you plan to buy a lot of bulky item I will suggest you to subscribe Ezybuy prime membership. It really worth and save more on delivery fee compare to direct buy from taobao.

RM 8.80 is delivery fee from China to local warehouse. If you r in KL region you can collect yourself. If need a delivery to doorstep need add on RM 20 (last time rm16).
I normally ordered more than rm1k per order. They will separate it into different small parcels. I never tried with single item with more than rm500.

How's the quality of the items? What did u buy?

Great practice would be doing a research on the reference link before placing an order. Always chat with the seller if you're uncertain about the quality.

Buy from B2C tmall if can. Their store & product ratings are much more detailed & quality is better.

Here's how I categorize the item quality (tmall rating):

if review <= 4.7 out of 5.0, don't expect the quality is better than what you can get in Malaysia.

4.8, Check the user reviews thoroughly, the item has some flaws but acceptable for many buyers.

4.9, Recommended. Usually, their price won't be the lowest but their quality/packaging definitely belongs to above average.

5.0, Product might be new or perfect.

Be a habit to click the "reference link" to check out a few things: (1) Seller Rating; (2) Seller Reputation/Credibility; (3) Customer feedback.



In this example, the seller rating is below 4.7, as what mentioned before, the quality or the actual may not the same as the photos posted by the seller.

Example No. 2 (Taobao)



In this example, the seller rating is above 4.8, we may deem this is a good product. And the actual product may fit the description and photos posted by the seller.



Plz note that it has alot of comment by customer too. most of the time, customer will post actual product photos in the comment section. Just browse thru would do.

When check seller reputation/credibility, always check with the following diagram.



Something like volume of seller, the bigger the volume, the better the reputation. More credible it is. Means they sell more product than other seller but not necessary good rating.

Example No. 3 (Tmall)

In this example, is Kohler product. Kohler normally only have Tmall shop rather than Taobao due to only "genuine" product can be sold in Tmall/Taobao. But some times u may find it inside Taobao but mayb be not genuine. Beside that, only big seller who have physical shop can list it at Tmall (Tmall seller means they have physical store, less likely will cabut after sell) Also Tmall means less likely is fake product or imitation product. U can find Zara/Adidas/Nike shop in Tmall too!



Therefore, when u click the reference link. It went to Tmall, u unable to see the seller reputation. Only can see the seller rating.

I am considering to purchase 90cm wide toilet wash basin set from there, but afraid item spoiled during delivery.

Normally i try to avoid fragile item. Cz if pecah, mmg very troublesome for claim back the money (although ezbuy got such service).


Big item, i ordered dining chair, dressing table before. At least wood if got scratches, can paint it back easily.

Still gonna try my luck. Cant find any nice wash basin set locally
