Anyway. Sent my car today at COE. Letting them do 10k service (eventho my mileage is 9k), and rectifying rattling issues at mid and right part of the dashboard. Also letting them check the driver's side door rattling and why the front passenger door makes louder sound when closing as compared to driver's.
Giving them till next tuesday, hopefully they achieve something by then.

I picked up my car from a 10k service and other warranty rectifying works.
Total cost: 256 on fully synthetic.
1. Rattling issue on dashboard solved. No more rattle after picking up the car.
2. Told them to check the glovebox because it wasn't flush with the body. They changed it and somehow made it worst lol. Told me to come again when they have A replacement kit on the metal thing holding the glovebox hook.
3. Front passenger door had a loud different sound when closing. They did something now it's ok. Same as drivers door.
Had some issues after picking up car.
1. Next service reminder they didn't reset. Gave them the car again. Waited 15mins. They came back to me saying they couldn't reset it because the reminder hasn't shown the notice warning yet. And they couldn't pass that to have it reset. So I have to go to a sc again when the notice warming pops up.
2. Radio somehow couldn't pick any stations, on all frequencies. Went back to the SC again after leaving it 10 mins. They took the car in. 10 mins or so. Came back with the car and now the radio is fully functional. Because of entenna lose. Now sure how that happened.
Anyway.. They made my glovebox looks worst now lol. Other than that. Happy with the solved rattling issues.. But I'll give it another few days..

I left the car from Friday to Tuesday afternoon. At CoE. They need to call the vendor for it to check the issue

no more 1.6? i guess my car's rv gona hit rock bottom.

Hey, I've been looking around too. But decided not to do it yet. I'm aiming to do at Nanolex. Thier quotation is cheaper than ceramic pro and gtechnic. Have a look with them.

Any coating process would require pre-works to be done on the car. This would include washing, and detailed polishing, to get rid of minor scratches,swirls etc. The deeper ones I'm not sure what they'll do. Then only they will apply the coating. Nanolex in one of thier packages offers exterior for around 1.5k. 3 layers on the paint. Warranty 5 years. Can also add in interior coating as well for less than 600. The workmanship is critical. So look up thier reviews on thier Facebook page etc
No maintenance required too.

Just to share, if you send your car for service, and they forgot to reset the periodic inspection timing. It will automatically resets after you pass 1k of the set mileage.
side note, managed to get 183km/h again. Thought I wouldn't get that speed after changing 55 to 60 tyres.

My iriz couldn't start today. The side mirrors wouldn't fold when I press lock. I tried using the start button.. No response. I think the battery might have died. 12500km currently. Need to call proton we care...

No.. Nothing.. Dad jump start it and now it's ok. But dunno what caused it tho

I drive at max speed (175-180kmph) everytime I travel to the east coast LPT. Haven't had that experience before. I don't think you should speed at that road where you experience the bump. Sounds like a very dangerous road.. LPT2? Even a porche crashed there cause of road condition

Just want to share.
Ive been pumping petronas fuel and once a month id pump in 97. Pump full most of the time 34-36L.
I noticed that the 97 gives more mileage. Normally at around 80km-85km, the car would take the first bar out. But now with the 97, im already at 96km and the fuel level is still full... Interesting..

Are you driving a 1.6Mt?
How do you go up a super steep hill after a stop?
I still cant manage to find the balance on the clutch and accelerator once Hill assist releases.
Happned to me a a car park, restarting the engine was hell with the push start lol
