The text that you highlighted means your current hunting mission has completed. The text at the top of your screen shows how many hunting missions you have completed so far, which is 1/3, and any instances will do.

Btw, there is another event going on tonight at 9:30PM, which require you to open three Monster Hunter Online at the same time on same account lol, sounds insane right, lots of people complaining at the forum but the reward so damn good. 

You get 10 weapon enchant stones, 5高级武器玉(I don't know what is this), 20 dung bombs, 50000 silver(!) , 2000 hunter coins, 5 hunting scrolls.

不安定狩猎场 or unstable is random when u open up the instance windows, can happen to crab monster onward.
you will see a warning sign in the window if u get a unstable instance.

unstable instance has an extra mission, which is ask u to kill or capture the extra monster in the instance, you have to completed the extra mission 1st before the main mission. remember to bring your trap and stuffs, recommended to go with full 4 man party.
