For now, go farm your gear mats, melee start with elite crab, range start with pig then scorpion, open all first 3 elite to unlock 3rd and 4th rank advance, by that time you already HR10+.
If you want stick with rank 1-2 and open all elite, then you should be abt HR15-20 when you move on to rank 3-4.

Yes its in chinese, there are eng translation packs, I believe they ended the support, but most important stuff should be translated already.
This game are quite easy, when you get the hang of it, no need translation also can play, only for new events might need explanation, mind you alot of chinese dont even know how to play event even they know chinese, so its no difference 

By English translation pack do you mean in game translation? I've been searching around I only found some translation done by use in the MHO forum.

I have a friend that wanted to try it out, but he totally cant't read chinese lol.
