Dont think possible, furthermore it will reflect sunshine to opposite building unless ur balcony facing non building.

It won't lar. ayam using small pack from goalzero to charge phone. The panel is not reflective one.

I'm using these. Price around RM450 over 1.5 years ago. Looking for something larger that can use for PC, but seems they retail very limited range of product here only.

Buy 50w solar panel for rm250, cheap solar controller rm50, car battery rm250 ns70 , big diameter wire depand on what distant rm4.5 to rm 6 per meter...and other diy yourself.....my lighting system cost me rm 600 and now running dc lighting system all night long but if you wanna run AC stuff, buy an add on inverter for rm 150 to 1000 or more depend on quality and type...my solar almost 8 month no real maintenance except for battery water top up..
