Q:CAN i use the internet data card in malaysia?
A: no you cant.. if roaming then yes you can.it's expensive so might as well use malaysian ISP

Q:How do i send the cards out and how long does it takes??
A: Basically you inform me when you are leaving for indonesia and i will send out the card for you 1 week before your journey. As for postage time : 3-5 working days for express postage , 7-10 working days for normal postage. ( Plan well before travelling am i correct? )

Q:How long can the card remain active?
A: Basically it is my job to ensure the card will work during the trip to indonesia so just give me precise time and day when you depart and return and you are good to go.

Q: Does the internet quota finish quickly?
A: Well , it depends on the user. Most of the time if you stick to social media and voice call you are fine. Long story short , AVOID video streaming , download.

Q:How's the network coverage in indonesia?
A: Basically the network coverage is good enough for most places unless you really travel into rural areas. 4G is currently only available/stable in jakarta, bali , medan

Q: What if i finish the quota before my trip end?
A: You can inform me and i will reload for you but it it is still better if you know your usage and buy the appropriate internet package before you leave.

Q: Is is possible for me to buy 1 card and share on a portable device or wifi tethering thru phone
A: YES. but it is NOT recommended because sharing means slower internet speed and phone battery drain up so fast. and trust me you wont want that to happen during ur trip.
