Well, cos' this app is running in the background and it also monitor once you run this program. Of cos, this app eats up memory as well. Once it operate to free ram, it require some processor power and so on, that's why sometimes u might feel laggy. Don't use such app, it's totally hopeless. I use it before, since my ram is 128MB (last time). After upgrade to 512MB, it's alot better than use such app. Remember, it also eats up the ram as well once it run.
