 How do i lodge police report and consumer tribunal, Courier NinjaVan is lying

They even let any third party not of me, or anyone I assign to claim the package sign the parcel, I assume this is forgery of signature.

Any sifu can teach me what step I could do ? It will be much appreciated.

where u located?
if somewhere nearby lazada office, just bring all neccesary proof to them.
say u want to find the supervisor or someone that can attend to you.

if they say dont have etc, you say you have no choice but to escalate the problem to the police.

i believe your cctv didnt record them arrive at your office, am i right?

if i am in your shoes, this matter already escalated. since lazada did not try to help. and ninjavan insist that they did send in the item.
