How do i lodge police report and consumer tribunal, Courier NinjaVan is lying

Hi any sifu sekalian,
Currently I've a case of missing item I've purchase from Lazada, the item was missing during delivery by courier company : NinjaVan . So far, they are trying to avoid responsibility and trying not to refund for the item they lost.
They claimed that they have delivered my item, there were 3, but only 1 was received on that delivery. The so call proof of delivery was sign by a third party. They called me to ask about it, but twist my word and tell Lazada that they have clarified with me regarding the signature by saying it was sign by my receptionist, this was not true. I got all the CCTV footage evidence to proof that there was no one who sign the package.
I've provided a 24 hour ultimatum to Lazada to ask NinjaVan management to come over my office for CCTV footage review to prove that one of their people is lying. If they decided to ignore my request, I will have to get all relevant infomation from Lazada regarding NinjaVan so that I can make a Police Report. I decided to pursue police report and also consumer tribunal on NinjaVan for their mishandling of my product, lying and twisting of my word and also dishonesty. They even let any third party not of me, or anyone I assign to claim the package sign the parcel, I assume this is forgery of signature.
Any sifu can teach me what step I could do ? It will be much appreciated.

I've record of CCTV to prove that no one sign the package, but I dont think I can attach the record there. I guess the only thing I can attach is the third party signature and also the signature of me and the person I assign to sign. It was on their proof of delivery to show that. NCCC website is down I guess.

Ninjavan did insist that i clarify with them that my receptionist or a person of my office signed for the package, the cctv footage will prove to them it's not true. Hope this does not need to escalate to authorities, but I did lodge a consumer tribunal complain about NinjaVan.

Yup, my cctv did record from the moment the delivery guy reach, taking the package, and also did the handover perfectly, not missing a moment. I also did take 2 different angle from 2 different cctv to have more concrete evidence to show that. Now it has been escalated to higher management of Lazada, i hope it will be settle soon.

I've lodged a couple against Skynet due to their unreliable delivery schedules and misleading tracking information they've updated on their tracking portal, and SKMM was extremely helpful in that regard. Hi bro, yes, noted on this, I was just abit confuse on how to lodge the report. But yeah, LAzada gave me a deadline on settling my case by Friday (4.13.15) , so if all negotiation break down, I will lodge all kind of report. Already lodge consumer tribunal report towards NinjaVan.

Hi everyone. My fast is finally coming to an end, and Ninja Van will claim full responsibility for the lost of my parcel. They will proceed to get the invoice from Lazada and make the refund to me. Will update you all once I manage to get the refund. It has been a long investigation, but at least it's solved now. Phew. Thank you everyone for the help and support.
