Let me share my experience. I travelling a lot due to my work nature. I changed to U mobile P70 since 3 months.

Southern Region - N.9(Pedas, Linggi) : GPRS, Edge
N.9 (Seremban, Senawang): H+, 4G
Johor (Muar, Batu Pahat, Kluang): 3G, H, H+
Johor (SKuadai, JB) : H+, 4G
East Coast Region - Kelantan ( Kota Bahru, Kuala Krai, Gua Musang) : H+
Terengganu (Kuala Terengganu, Dungun, Kemaman) : H+
Pahang ( Bentong, Temerloh, Mentakab, Kuantan) : H+

ps: I must said during travelling to east coast, except reach the city or town, basically the phone line is showing G/edge all the time, compare to my colleague using maxis. But even maxis is showing H+ and 4g, the line are more as fast we expected.

Northern region : Ipoh (ipoh city, ipoh parade) : H+
I dont have chance to travel to northern part after I changed the plan. Will update once I got to there
