Hi all, just got the Canon 550D from my sister which she bought it 4 years ago but didn't service ever since.
I have one Body + 2 Lenses which are
a) 18-135mm
b) 55mm
There are some problems with the camera
a) Flash light not coming up after pressing the button
b) The rubber grip came off

I went to Cheah Camera Repair in Mutiara Complex, Jalan Ipoh the other day and Albert Cheah himself quoted me around RM700+ for the services
a) RM350+ for cleaning both lenses and body
b) RM150+ for the grip
c) RM150+ for the flash
Totally much be around RM700+.. So I was comparing the price between all the repair shop...
Is there any other shops which offer much lower price?
I'm OK to go Lowyat Area...

u can try YL Camera Service Sdn Bhd @ Plaza Pudu... got lot's of used cameras / lenses.

you can try KEAT camera service at Jalan Pudu, Prices quite resonable.

rm700++ can get same model secondhand i think...

I think I will still stick to this camera since it's still usable...
Just gonna repair something and it will be good to use...
