If round trip to Narita RM1307, is it cheap or expensive?

All Nippon Airlines... Ok, the exact conversion to MYR in the ANA website is RM1287.90. Checked AAX for same period, add in luggage, 1 meal and seat selection also around nearly same price, RM1310. But that's arriving and departing in Haneda.

Since my friend seems like FFK after suggested going to Japan together, I was thinking of doing it solo. Let's say my travel period is 8-15 October. I'll have 6 full travelling day. While researching, I stumbled upon My.Koya and it caught my interest. I was thinking flying into Tokyo, spend 4 days at there. Then take overnight bus to Osaka. Maybe 1 night at My.Koya and another day at nearby place then fly out from Kansai.

Rush? Achievable? Crazy? Haven't buy the flight tickets yet by the way. Or should I fly to Kansai - Tokyo? Or to spend all week in one either Osaka and surrounding area or only Tokyo???

Hmm.... if so I'm wondering if I should visit Tokyo or Osaka for solo trip.

May I know how long will it take for immigration clearance in Narita airport? 5 hours in between to catch a flight in Haneda should be sufficient enough?
