I have a question about connecting flights between narita-haneda-KIX. If it's out of topic, please do let me know.

I was checking the flights from ANA from KL to KIX and i noticed that there's no direct flight and it required me to fly from KL to Narita, then arrange a transport myself to Haneda and then from Haneda to fly to KIX. The time given between landing in Narita to departure from Haneda is about 4.5 hours. Have anyone tried this? Do you think it's enough time to travel between the airport and go through all the security check and queues?

I checked the transport between Narita and Haneda and seems like the airport limo is the fastest with about 85 mins to 100 mins. There's a different option from ANA which gives me an extra 20 minutes to almost 5 hours window time. Will it be sufficient? Thanks. Sorry if it's a bit out of topic.

My original plan was to have AA fly me to KIX and then fly back from Narita. But the price difference between AA and ANA is only 200... and that's even during promo period.. rclxub.gif

Hi, previously i saw someone in the forum posted about the Kansai One Pass which will start using from 8th April. Have anyone tried it? I checked the website about the pass and i'm confused on some things.

When i see the word "pass" I assumed that we can use this card throughout Kansai or something like it, but i can't find it in the terms and conditions from the site that says it can be used as so. Furthermore, it says to charge the card with credit and it didn't say if the Initial payment of 3k yen for the card includes any credit within. It feels like a normal ICOCA card to me.... but with discount benefits at certain outlets. Can anyone clarify?

Thanks. I couldn't find this info on the site (or i'm just blind). How much credit comes with the original 3k yen payment?

As i have read in this forum that some suggested to have a visit to Nikko while you're in Tokyo, i tried to read up a lot on this town and I'm fairly interested in it. Some of the locations i'm interested in are Toshogu Shrine, Taiyuinbyo, Futarasan shrine, Shinkyo bridge, Hangetsuyama (Just hoping to take the bus to the observation deck and hike for 30 mins to the upper observation deck), Akechidaira ropeway, Ryuzu and Kegon waterfalls.

I've read several blogs from people who have been there and most of them only did a day trip visiting the shrines near to the station (Toshogu Shrine) and very few ventured further. I would like to know if it's possible to go through all of them in just a day trip? From what i read (I could be wrong) , the furthest spot from the station is Ryuzu falls with 1 hour away by bus. Considering that fare for that bus ride alone is 1.4k, i might pick up the All Nikko pass as well.

Second question is the All Nikko pass, the website says that it covers "Works as a round trip ticket between the station you depart and Shimoimaichi Station.
Works as a train pass for the free section of Tobu Railway (Shimoimaichi - Tobu Nikko / Shinfujiwara Station)
Works as a bus pass between Tobu Nikko Station and Yumoto Onsen / Kotoku Onsen / Kirifuri Kogen Highland (Nikko Kirifuri Ice Arena) Bus Stop, and for the free section of the World Heritage Sightseeing Bus".
But when i checked the bus routes, it showed the World Heritage Sight Seeing bus as greyed out (Together with Akechidaira ropeway), which is the free section of this bus covered by the pass? because akechidaira ropeway wasn't included. I tried searching for information about the world heritage bus and its route and nothing useful was found.

Thanks for the reply. It's good to know that the World Heritage Bus is covered too. Does the pass confirmed to cover the ropeway and shrine entrances? Because from the website, it had a phrase like this.
"Common Admission Tickets for Shrines and Temples in Nikko are not included."

Also, from all of the places i listed, is it possible to cover all of them in a day trip? If i use the All Nikko Pass and take the 8am train, i will reach there at 1030. From my calculations, it seems like i'll be back at Tobu-Nikko station at around 1830 or almost to 1900 to take the Tobu train back to Asakusa station. It feels rushed or am i just overthinking it?

If time is an issue, then I might scrap out Nagoya for the time being. Currently any iconic places which I have missed out? Like the old saying if u dint visit the Great Wall of china mean u never been to China.

For Mt.fuji alone it takes more than 2 hours to reach there. And you'll have to choose between Fujikawaguchiko or Hakone to spend a whole day on too. By the time you reached Tokyo, it would've been at late evening or at night. The only thing you can do by then is just stand outside of tokyo tower and admire its night illuminations.... assuming you still have energy to do that. rclxub.gif
