Went to Japan twice and visited there both times and bought a few of those figures back.  biggrin.gif
Its definitely one of those places to visit if you like these kinda stuffs. I was a bit malu malu when I first stepped in but when I saw old dudes and teenagers browsing around together like it was just some normal grocery store, I was malu no more. Spent hours just on 1 or 2 floors.

lol i even saw girls and women there laugh.gif

Planning to go to Kema Sakuranomiya Park but undecided on which side of the river to go. The park seems to be at the east side (same side as JR Sakuranomiya) while the west side (same side as Osaka mint) appear to be more happening with food stalls.

Also, is there any website for Osaka Municipal Bus route/timetable?

Sakuranomiya park is actually on east side, if u want to walk under sakura tree, that is the place
If you wish to use ur Osaka Amizing pass for Osaka Suijyo Bus(Aqua-Liner), you have to go opposite of the park (west).
the entrance is in front of OAP tower.

thanks, so the park is on the east and the nearest station is JR sakuranomiya. not using osaka amazing pass. the south part of the west bank (nearer to Temmabashi Station) seems to have food stalls. decision decision biggrin.gif

My Version will be Walk along river bank around Temmabashi Station.
Then Take Train to Naniwabashi Station continue enjoy the Island at middle of Osaka City (Nakanoshima 中之島).
Then from Naniwabashi Station to Nakanoshima Station).  Walk 15 minute to 中之島GATEサウスピア
Osaka newest Hit area. eat cheap seafood + Enjoy River View + Skyline.
okay, let me research abit more. I plan to skip osaka castle for sakuranomiya park..so hope it is a wise decision.

Shiseido of "AYURA" series
Because I stay at cheapest room. The Hotel interior design was to be Imperial Palace of Japan.
look classic and grand.

Excellent service by staff.
Beat by Kagaya Hotel only. Always No.1 Hotel service in Japan for 27 years in a Role.
But Imperial Hotel are ways in top 3 spot.
*
Okay, so that explain the muted design..so it is to look like the imperial palace. Yeah, I read about Imperial Hotel being among the top in Japan, so that's why have high expectation. I believe what they lack in design and modern feel, they gain in staff service then. Too bad Conrad was fully booked when I wanted to try it in my very first trip. From the pic, the rooms at conrad look way better..but of course is modern vs classic.
